Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is extremely important.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a full refund. To start, fill out our return form and include with shipment. Personalized products are not eligible for a return or exchange.  

Our team will inspect your return upon arrival. Once your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A trackable shipping method is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Repairs

Shelly Becker Designs offers FREE repairs for all jewelry within 30 calendar days of the date received. To start, please contact us with the name used at purchase, order number (applies to web orders only), and reason for repair.

Our team will inspect your request upon arrival. We will not approve repairs for altered, tampered, or owner damaged jewelry - additional prices may apply.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
